Community Health Workers addressing Prevention and Health Equity

This forum is open to Community Health Workers, employers of Community Health workers, outreach workers, and others interested in learning more about Prevention and Inclusion for healthier communities.
Four (4) Continued Ed Hours credited toward hours required by the NC Association of Community Health Workers to keep up with a certificate of attendance for all participants
Workshops are available in English and Spanish, with interpretation available for plenary sessions and some workshops. Topics will present best practices and the role of Community Health Workers in the coordination of care, health promotion, mental health wellness, Medicaid enrollment, self-care, and more.
