Refund Policy – Sí! Spanish Immersion Institute

At Sí! Spanish Immersion Institute, we are honored to serve a diverse and growing community of Spanish learners. As an organization supported by community donations and online platforms like Network for Good, we have a refund policy that reflects both our commitment to accessibility and our operational sustainability.

Refunds – Administrative Fee Deducted

Please note: all refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover transaction costs associated with our donation platform (Network for Good).

Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund (minus 10%) may be granted if:

  • The student cancels their registration 7 or more days prior to the start of the course.

A 50% refund may be granted if:

  • The student cancels within 6 days before the first class session and before the program begins.

No Refund

We are unable to provide refunds if:

  • The course has already begun.
  • The student does not attend classes and has not communicated prior to the start of the program.

Course Credit Option

As an alternative, students may request a course credit for the full amount paid, valid for 12 months, which can be applied to any future class or workshop offered by the Institute. This is a flexible and recommended option for most cases.

Contribution Rollover (Optional)

If you are in a position to do so, you may choose to convert your payment into a fully tax-deductible donation to support scholarships and program development for other students in need.

Requesting a Refund or Credit

To request a refund or course credit, please email us at czamora@elcentronc.org with your name, course name, and reason for cancellation. Requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
